I played professionally in Brazil for over eight years,

During this period, I competed for multiple clubs at a high level of national competition. I faced top-level competition, and consistently contributed as a reliable and disciplined athlete

Competing at such a high level I gained extensive experience in elite training environments and national-level competition. My professional playing career provided a deep technical foundation, competitive mindset, leadership skills and a deep understanding of the game that I now form my coaching approach and development philosophy

With over 20 years of coaching experience, I am an FIVB Level II–certified coach with a proven record of success in high-performance volleyball. My career includes 9 National Championships, more than 20 teams qualified for Junior Nationals, and a Triple Crown championship in 2018.

I have served as the IMG Academy Recruiting and Camp Director, leading elite training environments, identifying top talent, and guiding athletes toward the next level. I have also trained professional beach volleyball players from multiple nationalities, bringing a global perspective and international standards to athlete development.

I coach because I believe volleyball is a powerful tool for developing confident, disciplined, and resilient individuals. My passion is helping athletes reach their full potential by combining high-level technical training with mental toughness, accountability, and love for the game. Seeing athletes grow not only as players but as people, and helping them achieve goals they once thought were out of reach is what drives me every day.
