Flights and Hotels are not included in the season dues. Parents will be requird to book their travel accomadations. Hotel and coaches’ flight information will be available on our website for reference. 

 

Stay-N-Play – Our tournaments are Stay-n-play events. This means families must book their rooms through one of the hotels provided on the tournament website in order to be eligible to participate in the tournament. . These rooms have negotiated tournament rates. EVERY ATHLETE AND PARENT TRAVELING must stay in the hotel designated by Game Point. All hotel information will be communicated to parents prior to the tournament.

No unaccompanied players - Travel policy: All athletes must travel with a Parent and will stay with their parents in the hotel. If their parents are unable to attend then the athlete will need to arrange to travel/stay with another family on the team/club.

Arrival and Departure   – We require athletes to arrive THE DAY BEFORE the tournament before 8 pm. A team meeting typically happens that night and instructions for the next day. Players will typically arrive at the playing venue 1 hour prior to start time. 

Do not plan to depart on the last day of the tournament no earlier than before 6:00 pm.
